Marissa Rex is a 1st Grade teacher and school counselor from Ohio. She has a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Bowling Green State University (4.0 GPA) and an M.Ed. in School Counseling from Ohio University (3.9 GPA). Marissa was also the President of the Alpha Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota, the international counseling honor society, during the 2008-2009 school year.

In her spare time, Marissa loves to spend time with her husband, family, and friends. Also, she is active in her local community theatres, takes art classes at the Toledo Museum of Art, and volunteers at Camp Quality Ohio, a summer camp for children with cancer.
